AFP Nebraska affirms that inclusion, diversity, equity, and access are essential to building a stronger, more representative, and more effective philanthropic sector; and
AFP Nebraska seeks to equip its members and the broader nonprofit community to better serve diverse populations with cultural humility, responsiveness, and integrity; and
AFP Nebraska’s Board of Directors and IDEA Committee serve as champions of this work, striving to ensure our Chapter reflects and supports Nebraska’s diverse and evolving communities;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT
AFP Nebraska commits to advancing IDEA as an ongoing, proactive, and embedded practice across all aspects of the Chapter, including governance, leadership, membership, programming, communications, and community engagement.
