Have you ever had a question regarding wills, trusts, estates or powers of attorney, but you didn’t have a resource to ask?  Attorney Andrew Loudon will be discussing the informative topic of, “The Top Ten Mistakes Made in Estate Planning and How You Can Avoid Them!”  In this presentation, Andrew will discuss how changes in federal estate and gift tax laws can influence the ways individuals incorporate philanthropy into their estate plans. Andrew will discuss the most common mistakes made and provide insight on the steps that should be taken to avoid them and ensure successful Estate Planning discussions with your donors.  

Mr. Loudon is a trusts and estates attorney. His practice is limited to wills, trusts, business succession planning, federal estate tax planning, non-probate estate administration, probate proceedings, powers of attorney, living wills, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
